Golden Peaks' flagship La Fortuna gold project covers approximately 4500 acres in one of Argentina's' most exciting mining areas and is located in the same region as Pan American Silver Corps' Navidad discovery.
The claims covering the La Fortuna gold deposits have been legally surveyed and the Company holds 100% title to the claims, which covers a large, newly discovered, mineral district, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Golden Peaks Minera S.A.
The Company, through its surface exploration programs, identified gold mineralization associated with 3 principal mineralized structures with an aggregate length of approximately 20 kilometres (13 miles).
Golden Peaks has completed over 255 drill holes (31,130.85metres) and the ongoing surface exploration and drilling program on the La Fortuna gold district has consistently produced highly favourable results. (La Fortuna Technical Report)

The La Fortuna gold project is located in the Province of Chubut, Argentina, 1,300 km south of Buenos Aires. The property is easily accessible from the small town of Paso de los Indios (pop. 1,500 to 2,000) via 45 kilometres of dirt road. There is a network of gravel access roads on the property, many of which were established as part of the concurrent drill programs.
The project area has a very low population density with only the occasional small farmhouse along the 45 km access road. Exploration and mining operations can be conducted year round. An excellent infrastructure is in place.

Golden Peaks maintains an environmental baseline program which monitors the development of the La Fortuna gold district and maintains its compliance with the environmental impact report and provincial environmental regulations.
This report is an important step in the development of the La Fortuna gold district as it demonstrates there is no negative environmental impact on the hydrologic basins in which exploration is being conducted.
The Company is in receipt of all necessary drilling and environmental permits.
The T-11 and G gold deposits are approximately 700 metres apart across strike and hosted by the same large gold mineralizing system which is estimated to measure approximately two square kilometres. The drill tested Valley Zone is located half way between the T-11 and G deposits.
The T-11 and G deposits are located near the intersection of the A and CR Structures and are part of the same large gold mineralizing system. There is a very strong probability that additional gold discoveries will be made in this immediate area. The mineralization is simple, gold with minor silver, and it contains no deleterious metals.
Gold mineralization has been intersected in drilling on the T-11 deposit and its satellite bodies over a distance of approximately 1.4 km. (88 holes - 11,945.3 metres). The deepest drilling to date on the T-11 deposit has been to approximately 200 metres vertical depth. All structures remain open along strike and at depth.
Gold mineralization has been intersected in the G deposit over a distance of approximately 700 metres (31 drill holes app. 4000 metres). The G deposit and its flanking structures are long, wide and deep (minimum 700 metres X 460 metres X 500 metres). All structures remain open along strike and at depth.
The current drill program is designed to:
