Golden Peaks Resources Ltd.

Golden Peaks Resources Ltd. Has used a "Crisis Equals Opportunities" philosophy by acquiring distressed gold properties with multi-million ounce gold potential, resolving the problem and then advancing the properties to the stage where they can be profitably sold to a gold production company. The company's business model allows it to benefit from the advantages of being an exploration-based company while also being able to realize considerable gains and increases in net asset value through the process of advancing a project.

Additionally by utilizing this philosophy of seeking out distressed properties, the company has been able to be active in ongoing project acquisitions in good times and in bad. As part of this operating strategy the company always maintains a reasonable cash reserve.
