| John Levings Position: Vice President Exploration John is an exploration geologist with over 30 years experience. He graduated BSc (Geology/Geophysics from the University of Tasmania) and is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusImm). John has had extensive overseas geological experience with large multi-national Companies in consulting and managerial roles both overseas and in Australia including over 20 years experience in Indonesia and he speaks Indonesian fluently. He has discovered and delineated a number of significant ore bodies, which have been developed into mining operations. | Gillyeard J. Leathley Position: Director Mr. Leathley is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of NovaGold Resources Inc., a major North American mining exploration and development company. With more than 50 years of mining experience, he has been involved in all aspects of mine construction and operations as well as the evaluation of exploration properties and potential acquisitions. Mr. Leathley has extensive experience with financial oversight of construction and development of major projects around the world. Originally from Scotland, he trained as a Mine Surveyor and Industrial Engineer with the Scottish National Coal Board, working his way through coal and bauxite mines and eventually to gold and copper mining. From 1975 to 2000, Mr. Leathley was the driving force in overseeing the development of several major operating mines on behalf of Cassiar Asbestos, Noranda Mining, International Corona Corporation and Homestake Mining Company. Mr. Leathley retired as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Homestake in 2000. | |

| Harvey Lim Position: Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary Mr. Lim holds a C.A., B. Comm., graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1981 and obtained his Chartered Accountancy designation in 1984. Mr. Lim was employed by Coopers & Lybrand (now "PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC") from 1981 to 1988, when he left to join the Ingot Group. During his employment at Coopers & Lybrand, Mr. Lim held the position of manager, and was responsible for a diverse clientele, concentrating in mining, forestry, venture capital and high-technology companies.Mr. Lim joined Mr. DeMare in 1991 when Chase Management Ltd. was formed.
